1. Overview
NoteFrame (https://notefra.me) allows users to capture and organize key insights from any video content, creating time-stamped notes to turn videos into actionable knowledge.

2. Services
You can use NoteFrame for free, with the ability to add up to 3 videos. To add unlimited videos, you may subscribe to the NoteFrame Pro plan. If your subscription ends and you have more than 3 videos, only the 3 most recent videos will remain accessible. To unlock additional videos, you must renew your Pro subscription.

3. User Accounts
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, including your name, email, and payment information, if applicable.

4. Data Collection
We collect both personal and non-personal data:

Personal Data: Your name, email, and payment information are collected to provide our services.
Non-Personal Data: We collect web cookies for operational purposes.

5. Payments
Payments for the NoteFrame Pro plan are non-refundable. By subscribing, you agree to allow NoteFrame to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Services at any time. If we make any changes, we will notify you via the email address provided in your account.

These Terms & Services are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in accordance with Polish law.
